📋 Description

• Provides direct support to the commercial team, participating in analysis activities and preparing documentation for client transactions • Analysis of client information and documentation (e.g., registration data, operational and financial information) • Preparation and/or review of documents and reports for Headquarters (e.g., TS, Cash Flow, SIC)

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related field preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to learn quickly • Good client relationship skills • Team player

• Monitoring of documents required for the supervision of financial and non-financial covenants (e.g., balance sheets, bank statements, and declarations) • Monitoring the branch credit operations process with clients (analyses, documentation, approvals, deadlines, fee payments, registrations, inspections) • Monitoring and control of credit-related matters (e.g., policies, rules and procedures) • Monitoring and control of timelines for outstanding items with Relationship Managers (RMs) • Customer service in the absence of managers to clarify questions and other matters related to credit operations
