📋 Description
• Define and own the architecture strategy for AI platforms and applications across Rackspace • Design scalable, reusable AI architecture patterns including agentic systems and orchestration frameworks • Create and govern architecture standards and conduct design reviews • Lead build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for AI tooling and frameworks • Ensure interoperability across teams, platforms, and services
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software architecture • Hands-on experience designing production-grade agentic systems and LLM-integrated applications • Expert-level Python experience, including async patterns and production-grade engineering practices • Deep expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture across compute, networking, storage, and managed AI services • Strong experience with Kubernetes and designing production workloads • Familiarity with MLOps practices • Experience with LangChain/LangGraph • Contributions to open source AI or developer tooling projects
