📋 Description

• Handle BAU tickets, service requests, incidents, and operational tasks • Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of AWS services and Amazon EC2 instances • Support applications and workloads running on Amazon EKS • Perform basic Kubernetes troubleshooting covering Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Logs, and basic networking issues • Support application deployments using Helm Charts • Assist with SSL/TLS certificate installation, renewal, and basic troubleshooting • Support and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for application build and deployment activities • Use Ansible for standard configuration management and automation • Support AWS Security Groups and troubleshoot basic inbound and outbound rules • Perform Linux and Windows Server patching • Perform initial troubleshooting for Linux and Windows operating system issues • Support standard infrastructure changes through existing Terraform code • Review Terraform plans and troubleshoot common Terraform deployment issues • Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, servers, Kubernetes, application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, network connectivity, and SSL certificates • Follow established SOPs, runbooks, change procedures, and operational processes • Participate in on-call support and respond to production alerts/incidents • Perform initial incident analysis and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and operational changes in tickets

🎯 Requirements

• Good foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps tools, Linux/Windows administration, troubleshooting, and production support • Good understanding of AWS, Amazon EC2, Amazon EKS, RDS, Kubernetes, Helm, SSL/TLS certificates, CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, AWS Security Groups, Linux Administration, Windows Server Administration, Linux & Windows Patching, Basic Networking, Infrastructure Troubleshooting, Application Deployment Troubleshooting, and Production Support / On-Call Support • Ability to independently handle routine operational activities and standard BAU tickets using existing documentation, SOPs, Terraform modules, pipelines, Helm charts, and automation • Ability to collect required information and escalate complex issues to appropriate L2/L3 engineers • Ability to participate in on-call support and respond to production alerts/incidents
