📋 Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient processes that accelerate deal closures while maintaining rigorous legal standards. • Negotiate commercial contracts to enable the delivery of our AI solutions to healthcare providers globally. • Design and implement a comprehensive privacy program ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and all Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), safeguarding sensitive medical data in partnership with our security and product teams. • Serve as a trusted counsel across product, engineering, and model teams, providing strategic legal support for AI research and model development projects. • Build scalable legal processes, tools, and infrastructure—including internal documentation and a modern legal tech stack—to support the company’s rapid growth. • Monitor emerging legal and policy trends in the generative AI landscape to ensure Rad AI remains at the forefront of regulatory compliance and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years focused on negotiating commercial contracts—ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar. • Background in healthcare technology or artificial intelligence, demonstrating a deep understanding of the distinctive legal challenges these sectors present. • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and shape legal strategies within emerging fields. • Strong track record of building and maintaining cross-functional relationships, with adaptable communication styles that strike the right balance between business risk-taking and safeguarding organizational interests. • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and pursue opportunities for professional development and to contribute to new initiatives as Rad AI continues to expand—taking on challenging projects and adapting to evolving business needs.
