📋 Description

• Work with clinics to understand their issues and provide a solution independently and/or with the help of the programming team • Coordinate with the success team to identify clinics that need help troubleshooting • Share feedback with the engineering team and communicate customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a clinical physicist • Strong critical thinking skills • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to multitask • Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care • 5+ years experience as a clinical physicist using Eclipse TPS (preferred) • Experience with multiple treatment planning systems (preferred) • Customer service experience (preferred)
