📋 Description

• Support and strengthen the compliance program by developing and implementing policies, aligning governance processes, and promoting best practices across teams and acquired practices. • Manage compliance issues and investigations by overseeing issue intake, triaging concerns, conducting audits and investigations, and evaluating outcomes to ensure appropriate resolution. • Lead remediation efforts by creating and executing corrective action plans for compliance findings identified through audits, reviews, or investigations. • Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, company policies, federal and state healthcare regulations, and proper reporting of documentation, coding, and billing violations. • Provide compliance expertise and risk management support by advising stakeholders, monitoring vendor security controls, maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements, and leveraging risk analysis frameworks to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or 3–5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry preferred • Proven experience managing and maintaining an organization’s compliance program. • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations, policies, and industry best practices. • Professional compliance certification is preferred; additional certifications, licenses, or credentials are a plus. • Advanced education or specialized experience beyond the minimum requirements, including expertise in specific fields, technologies, or compliance-related areas, is preferred.
