📋 Description

• Partner with IT leadership to strengthen vendor governance, contract management, financial oversight, and executive reporting across a diverse technology vendor portfolio. • Manage vendor relationships and performance by tracking KPIs, conducting reviews, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving issue resolution. • Support contract lifecycle activities, including contract analysis, pricing evaluations, renewal planning, procurement coordination, and cost management. • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, reporting, and performance metrics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights. • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and streamlined workflows while collaborating across IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, • 3–5 years of IT vendor management experience. • Proven expertise in vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and renewal management. • Strong ability to evaluate vendor capabilities, develop performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Self-directed, adaptable professional with strong organizational skills; vendor management or procurement certifications are a plus.
