• The National Accounts Manager, Walmart will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans. • Requires a strategic thinker with executive presence, capable of navigating organizational complexities and influencing others. • Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and possess a creative growth mindset. • Position reports to the Sales Team Lead and will be remote in Arkansas.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 4-6 years of experience in national account management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth. • Experience with Walmart systems (Retail Link, i360, QMS, Luminate) preferred. • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. • Strong strategic thinking and executive presence. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to navigate organizational complexities and influence others. • Self-motivated with a desire to embrace change and drive innovation. • Strong project management and prioritization skills. • Advanced data analytics skills. • Proven ability to manage a P&L and deliver business value. • Experience leading through complexity and building trusted retailer partnerships. • Up to 20% travel will be required.
