📋 Description
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues • Provide IT support to hotel staff • Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain hardware, software, network, and telecommunication systems • Monitor system performance, security, and backups • Proactively address potential risks and ensure data integrity • Train and guide hotel employees on IT procedures, software applications, and security best practices • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals • Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues • Manage IT inventory, software licenses, hardware assets, and consumables • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related contracts and support

• Expertise in IT systems, hardware, software, and networking • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for clear user support • Customer-centric mindset prioritizing prompt IT assistance • Proven leadership fostering a positive work environment • Ability to adapt under pressure and handle multiple priorities • Commitment to data security and compliance • Familiarity with hotel applications is advantageous
