📋 Description

• Serve as a technical authority in Credit and Collections Strategy • Define and uphold methodologies, standards, and governance for credit and collections policies • Review eligibility criteria, limits, collateral, approval authorities, exceptions, and origination, monitoring, and recovery strategies • Develop methodologies for portfolio and risk monitoring • Develop forward-looking scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and stress tests • Define business requirements and technical criteria for statistical models, scoring systems, decision engines, metrics, dashboards, and data products • Prepare technical opinions and recommendations for policies, products, markets, renegotiations, and restructurings • Assess regulatory impacts and guide the adaptation of policies, processes, data, systems, and models • Provide technical leadership for complex strategic initiatives, assessments, feasibility studies, business cases, and acceptance criteria • Participate in committees, executive forums, and corporate projects • Share knowledge through training, playbooks, guides, and technical forums • Ensure measurable results and the continuous advancement of organizational maturity in credit and collections

🎯 Requirements

• Completed postgraduate degree • Training or knowledge in advanced Excel • Training or knowledge in Python • Training or knowledge in SQL • Intermediate English proficiency (preferred) • Solid experience in credit and collections strategy (preferred) • Experience in portfolio management, credit policies, analytical models, and governance (preferred) • Experience providing technical leadership for complex, cross-functional initiatives (preferred) • Willingness to travel as required by business needs (preferred)
