📋 Description

• Act in all stages of international mobility, from candidate selection through support at the new business unit, ensuring tax, immigration and labor compliance. • Manage the full cycle of immigration processes, including visas, work permits, permanent residency (Green Card) and renewals. • Work with external consultancies and oversee tax processes, tax filings, tax advisory and tax equalization. • Monitor the lifecycle of employees on international assignment and ensure delivery of benefits outlined in offer letters and corporate policies. • Execute and monitor Shadow Payroll routines in Brazil and abroad, coordinating monthly closings with payroll teams. • Support application of double taxation treaties and international social security agreements. • Support terminations, international transfers and mutual agreements related to employees in mobility. • Perform administrative activities for creating purchase requisitions for vendor payments. • Provide support to employees, managers and People & Culture teams on global mobility matters. • Prepare feasibility studies for international movements, considering scenarios, costs, benefits and labor, tax and immigration impacts. • Manage relationships with global consultancies and vendors, monitoring deliverables and service levels. • Support implementation and improvement of Shadow Payroll processes in international entities. • Monitor labor, tax and immigration risks and ensure compliance with policies, legislation and compliance requirements. • Propose, design and implement improvements in Global Mobility processes, programs, policies and procedures. • Support audits, automation, standardization and simplification of international mobility processes. • Support International Compensation processes, including policies, practices, compensation analyses, incentives, benchmarking and financial impacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Relations, Law, Economics, Human Resources or related fields. • Postgraduate studies in progress and/or completed. • Knowledge of immigration processes, including visas, work permits and residency. • Knowledge of tax, social security and labor matters related to international mobility. • Knowledge of Shadow Payroll methodology. • Knowledge of the application of double taxation treaties and international social security agreements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Advanced English required. • Intermediate Spanish is a plus.
