📋 Description

• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each process stage • Meet weekly call and email quotas to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates • Recruit candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail • Research industry trends and deliver insights on operational and contingent workers • Support clients’ growth and competitive edge • Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities • Process contracts and compliance documentation • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions • Support basic sales activities by providing market information • Update candidate and client records and ensure accurate sales-pipeline data

🎯 Requirements

• Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline • Ability to perform assignments using existing procedures • Ability to work under guidance and direction from senior roles or a manager • Ability to work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines • Ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding • Ability to meet weekly call and email quotas • Knowledge of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail sectors • Ability to process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks • Ability to prepare reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction • Basic sales activity and candidate/client record management skills
