📋 Description

• Implement automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions • Address networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, high availability, and system resilience concerns • Serve as a subject matter expert at customer sites • Address technical, developmental, and strategic IT needs • Adapt to changing customer requirements • Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, customer training, and deployment of complex open source solutions • Deliver quality results on-site and post-engagement, on time and within project scope • Produce project journals, status reports, and standard documentation • Understand industry practices and Red Hat policies, procedures, and values • Learn new technologies and apply them to customer needs • Select appropriate methods to obtain solutions • Support consultants, associates, and partners in developing OpenShift-related best practices and methods

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience working in a consulting role • Experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders on development and deployment projects • Good customer-facing skills and ability to present to customers • Knowledge and experience implementing and deploying container technologies in enterprise settings, including highly customized and multi-cluster environments • Knowledge and experience with PaaS technology, Red Hat OpenShift, RHACM, and related infrastructure technologies • Hands-on experience implementing DevOps principles and GitOps-driven workflows • Ability to code in some programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java • Knowledge of Ansible and Automation • Ability to quickly learn new technologies • Ability to communicate project value, progress, and metrics to technical and business stakeholders • Good analytical, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Fluency in Spanish and English
