📋 Description

• Manage a small team of junior and intermediate architects • Lead fulfillment of architecture goals and guide the team through professional hurdles • Liaise with business units, product management, IT development, IT services, and cybersecurity to define IT architecture • Plan architecture components and design approaches against sprint timelines • Ensure architecture activities and artefacts are appropriately engineered • Supervise root cause analysis and resolution of technology incidents and problems • Monitor adherence to compliance standards and implement IT governance and risk management processes • Track key metrics safeguarding organizational technology assets • Oversee identification and documentation of key architecture decisions • Ensure architecture decisions are shared and agreed • Oversee data and application architecture documentation for one medium-sized project or multiple small projects

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth understanding of concepts and principles in own discipline and good knowledge of related disciplines • Experience managing and guiding professional employees and/or supervisors or supervising large, complex business or technical support teams • Accountability for team or multiple related teams' performance and results • Ability to adapt team plans, set priorities, and allocate resources to business area objectives • Knowledge of budget input processes • Knowledge of policies, procedures, and team/business area plans • IT architecture knowledge • Understanding of IT governance, compliance standards, and risk management • Root cause analysis and incident/problem resolution • Architecture documentation for data and applications
