📋 Description
• Develops and manages complex/large Enterprise local accounts • Negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments • Serves as a single point of contact for the Enterprise clients • Provides and presents insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability • Measures and monitors operational client satisfaction and implements improvement plans • Identifies opportunities to have regular interactions and engagement with operational solutions clients • Drives the expansion of client relationships and stakeholder network • Influences key senior stakeholders through communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise
🎯 Requirements
• Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in business, financials, products/services and the market • Manages independently medium sized accounts or business opportunities • Focuses on sales targets and/or sustainable business growth • Typically leads small sales teams but without supervisory authority
