📋 Description

• Collaborate with IT Architecture, IT Functional & Process Designers, and IT Business Partners to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive design specifications • Contribute to implementation of standards, methods, features, and logic for software with small impact on business operations • Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process on moderately complex projects • Implement moderately complex code while collaborating with team members to ensure consistency and quality • Document software design and work with IT Functional & Process Designers to design and implement solutions meeting architecture standards • Execute the defined development roadmap • Contribute to a development culture focused on innovation, creativity, high quality, predictability, and reliability • Provide informal guidance to new team members as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of own discipline and basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines • Knowledge of the company, processes, and customers • Ability to perform assignments related to the discipline • Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems using prescribed guidelines or policies • Basic software development knowledge, including coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting • Ability to implement moderately complex code following best practices and coding guidelines • Ability to create software design documentation and work with IT Functional & Process Designers • Ability to work under moderate guidance and direction • Ability to explain factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information in straightforward situations
