📋 Description

• Define and execute a business-aligned integration architecture strategy and vision for Empower. • Develop, document, and maintain technology roadmaps for enterprise integration capabilities. • Create reference architectures, reusable patterns, and decision frameworks for integration across various ecosystems. • Guide teams on using synchronous APIs, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architecture. • Ensure technology teams understand how to use RESTful APIs and related technologies. • Define governance for API and event lifecycles. • Participate in the evaluation of new applications and integration platforms. • Develop and implement best practices, standards, and guidance, and coach technology teams on adoption. • Provide leadership in software development and operational readiness practices for integration solutions. • Respond to evolving security, privacy, resiliency, regulatory, and operational conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the development, integration, architecture, and delivery of enterprise software systems • 7+ years of experience creating solution architectures and strategies across multiple architecture domains • Experience leading enterprise integration architecture across APIs, messaging, events, SaaS, cloud, legacy, and partner integration scenarios • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and OpenAPI specifications • Hands-on architecture experience with integration technologies or platforms • Experience designing secure integrations using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and mTLS • Experience with cloud and hybrid integration patterns • Expertise in architectural cross-cutting concerns and trade-offs • Strong knowledge of data modeling and transformation patterns • Experience with DevOps processes and tools
