📋 Description

• Maintains great candidate experience and good relationship with clients in the area of engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support. • Sources and attracts highly qualified talents using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Hosts recruitment events virtually and/or in-person with jobseekers and employers in order to attract candidates or new business for Professional Talent Solutions. • Assists senior consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents to present to both prospective and current clients. • Conducts post-placement follow-ups with both clients and candidates to ensure successful integration and satisfaction, discuss next step to fulfill career aspirations and long-term development goals. • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and provide regular reports on metrics and progress within Professional Talent Solutions. • Drives successful sales and recruitment process through effective client and candidate engagement with both online and offline activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines. • Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. • Performs a range of assignments related to discipline. • Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results. • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members. • Impacts quality and effectiveness of own team and may impact other closely related work teams whose activities are interdependent. • Explains factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information to others in straightforward situations.
