⢠Maintains great candidate experience and good relationship with clients in the area of engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support. ⢠Sources and attracts highly qualified talents using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. ⢠Hosts recruitment events virtually and/or in-person with jobseekers and employers in order to attract candidates or new business for Professional Talent Solutions. ⢠Assists senior consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents to present to both prospective and current clients. ⢠Conducts post-placement follow-ups with both clients and candidates to ensure successful integration and satisfaction, discuss next step to fulfill career aspirations and long-term development goals. ⢠Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and provide regular reports on metrics and progress within Professional Talent Solutions. ⢠Drives successful sales and recruitment process through effective client and candidate engagement with both online and offline activities.
