• Gestión High Ticket: Liderar ciclos de venta complejos y negociaciones de alto valor en servicios y soluciones de Sondaje 3D. • Data-Driven Sales: Manejo de Salesforce (o similar) para el control de pipeline, planificación comercial y proyecciones de venta (Forecast). • Desarrollo de Negocios: Identificar y aperturar cuentas en la mediana y gran minería, transformando necesidades técnicas en contratos cerrados. • Planificación Estratégica: Reportar métricas de gestión y asegurar el cumplimiento de metas comerciales anuales. • Viaje a casa central: Disponibilidad para viajar al menos 1 vez al mes a Santiago para reuniones de alineación estratégica (costeado por la empresa).
• Formación: Ingeniero o Técnico en Sondaje, Geomensura, Topografía o carrera afín. • Experiencia Técnica: Mínimo 5 años de trayectoria en Sondaje 3D (conocimiento profundo y específico del área). • Experiencia Comercial: Al menos 3 años en ventas consultivas para minería o industria pesada, manejando carteras corporativas. • Perfil Tecnológico: Usuario avanzado en herramientas de planificación comercial, Forecast y plataformas CRM. • Residencia: Excluyente en Antofagasta. • Movilidad: Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.
