• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Rapid7’s Next-Generation SIEM • Align and inspire a global cross-functional organization around key strategic initiatives • Lead teams to deliver high-quality capabilities on time • Transform market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into actionable backlog • Execute efficient, transparent, and data-backed decisions to proactively resolve roadblocks
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of progressive product management leadership experience focused on SIEM, Log Management, or SOC platform solutions • Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and align high-performing cross-functional teams • Superior communication skills for articulating product objectives and value proposition • A "Never Done" mindset characterized by insatiable curiosity and resilience
