📋 Description

• RapidAI is transforming clinical decision-making with the world’s most advanced AI-driven imaging and care coordination solutions. • RapidAI empowers care teams with the deepest clinical insights to accelerate diagnosis, streamline workflows, and improve patient outcomes. • We are seeking a Project Implementation Manager with a project management background to take on a key role within our company. • As a member of our Services team, you will work on planning, managing, and coordinating all aspects of software installs/updates for new and existing customers; providing outstanding implementation support; and managing client relationships, as well as other projects as needed in our company.

🎯 Requirements

• Imaging, neurovascular, clinical, or healthcare admin/soft-IT background • Project management/ implementation experience (certification is a plus) • Extensive experience working with or for hospitals/healthcare IT • Fluent in all Google, Microsoft, Apple products and functionality • Bachelor’s Degree • Project management certification is a plus • At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects in healthcare/health-tech field • Very effective communication skills (both speaking & writing) • High standard of organization • Ability to quickly learn/absorb new information • Ability and willingness to work some odd hours • Solid customer service skills (internal and external) • Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical users • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Critical thinking skills • Independent and self-motivated • Open to new ideas
