📋 Description
• Serve as a Senior DBA for SQL Server and PostgreSQL • Perform database troubleshooting and tuning • Manage backups, restores and recovery strategies • Work with high availability and replication • Administer Linux and/or Windows Server environments • Monitor databases and analyze performance • Manage security and access controls • Operate in critical environments and respond to high-priority incidents • Integrate people and solutions to simplify customers' lives and deliver technical solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience as a Senior DBA • Proficiency with SQL Server • Advanced experience with PostgreSQL • Knowledge of T-SQL and PL/pgSQL • Experience with database troubleshooting and tuning • Knowledge of backup, restore and recovery strategies • Knowledge of high availability and replication • Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server environments • Knowledge of monitoring and performance analysis • Knowledge of security and access control • Ability to operate in critical environments and handle high-priority incidents • Plus: experience with AWS, Azure or GCP • Plus: knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes • Plus: experience with PowerShell, Bash or Python • Plus: knowledge of monitoring tools • Plus: experience with high-volume data environments • Plus: knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
