📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of service of IT and telecom systems • Ensure operation, administration and maintenance to keep systems in operational condition • Perform impact analyses for the production deployment of infrastructure/system changes • Manage and coordinate corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities • Provide technical expertise on production IT and telephony applications/systems • Analyze system performance and service quality; define and implement corrective or improvement actions • Define, implement and maintain configuration management repositories • Test, validate and deploy new infrastructures and system software versions • Manage subcontracting contracts: industrial strategy and procurement activities • Ensure completeness of documentation and its archiving according to business rules • Define, design and implement methods, processes, resources and technical tools for monitoring and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university with a specialization in computer engineering and/or telecommunications • Previous experience in telephony is required • General knowledge of system administration, telecom infrastructures, IT/application and telecom architectures • Knowledge of voice equipment (Alcatel, AudioCodes, NICE, ASC, Microsoft…) • Experience with Linux, Windows Server and VMware environments (administration, BASH/PowerShell scripting…) • Ability to understand and take ownership of the technical and functional aspects of complex systems • Knowledge of maintenance disciplines: monitoring/supervision, maintenance, expert support • Knowledge of technical integration and system qualification processes • Ability to assess and control the impact of operations on the service delivered to the client • Knowledge of procurement and contract management techniques for subcontracting
