📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Genset Subject Matter Expert, supporting Development Engineering, Estimation, and Supply Chain Operations. • Provide advanced technical leadership in generator technologies and contribute to strategic product alignment and OEM engagement. • Ensure technical rigor, solution standardization, and competitive cost positioning. • Collaborate with Estimation to refine cost models, budgetary pricing inputs, and configuration assumptions. • Analyze lifecycle cost, reliability, and redundancy configurations. • Develop application guidelines tailored to hyperscale, colocation, and utility grid-support environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • 7–10 years of experience in power generation, with strong technical expertise in Genset technologies and applications. • Experience supporting conceptual engineering and cost estimation processes. • Familiarity with distributed generation or microgrid integration. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to influence without direct authority. • Effective communicator capable of translating technical concepts into commercial implications.
