Rayda centralizes device tracking and documentation, reduces device-related tickets and costs, and accelerates onboarding and offboarding workflows for distributed, enterprise customers.

📋 Description

• Build and continuously expand Rayda's network of qualified vendors across Asian markets • Research and identify suitable IT hardware, logistics, repair, storage and device lifecycle partners • Develop a structured pipeline of potential vendors across priority Asian countries • Assess vendors based on capability, geographic coverage, pricing, service quality and reliability • Lead vendor outreach, qualification, due diligence and onboarding • Negotiate pricing, SLAs and commercial terms with vendors • Maintain strong relationships with active vendors and ensure operational effectiveness • Coordinate procurement, deployment, recovery, repair and other customer requirements with vendors • Monitor vendor performance, service levels, pricing and customer experience • Identify gaps in vendor coverage and develop solutions as Rayda expands into new Asian markets

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations or business development • Proven experience sourcing, evaluating and onboarding third party vendors or service providers • Experience building or expanding vendor or supplier networks across multiple markets • Strong negotiation and commercial skills • Ability to assess vendors based on capability, pricing, quality and reliability • Strong organisational and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently across multiple countries and stakeholders • Experience in IT hardware, logistics, device lifecycle or technology services is an advantage • Familiarity with European markets and business practices is preferred
