📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality technology products and services that create strong customer satisfaction and reliability. • Demonstrate a strong passion for Software Quality Assurance, with a keen eye for identifying defects and continuously improving the overall customer experience. • Design and implement test automation frameworks to reduce manual testing efforts and improve testing efficiency. • Apply hands-on experience in test automation for web applications, mobile applications, and backend systems. • Possess a deep understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies, principles, and best practices. • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing documentation to ensure robust test coverage. • Drive the engineering organization toward greater automation maturity and overall SQA excellence. • Research, evaluate, and implement emerging trends, tools, and practices in software testing and automation. • Take ownership of defining holistic test coverage strategies, ensuring quality considerations are embedded throughout the development lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and project managers, confidently challenging assumptions and aligning on quality standards to ensure successful product delivery. • Drive the adoption of AI powered testing tools and techniques such as AI assisted test case generation and intelligent defect analysis to improve testing speed, accuracy, and coverage. • Design and maintain scalable automated regression test suites that ensure consistent product stability across frequent releases. • Explore and implement agentic AI testing solutions capable of autonomously executing and adapting regression tests, reducing manual maintenance and accelerating release cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in testing, QA/QC, and test automation. • Strong understanding of and experience with two or more of the following: Cypress, Selenium, Playwright and Postman. • Expertise in two or more of the following tools: Jira, TestRail, git, Rest Assured, TestNG, qase.io, and Cucumber. • Experience working with programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/Typescript. • Strong understanding of REST APIs. • Strong understanding of Web application & Mobile app development.
