📋 Description

• Support onboarding and understanding of press office processes • Monitor daily news clippings and institutional materials • Assist in updating the press room and the corporate website • Organize and keep files up to date on SharePoint (presentations, press releases, and materials) • Request and manage materials with the Investor Relations team • Update Planner daily with tasks and deliverables • Support the preparation of monthly reports and award tracking • Contact stores and regional offices to validate information and press requests • Assist in sourcing interviewees/subjects for news reports • Follow up on requests with internal teams (People & Culture, Marketing, Sustainability, among others) • Request and organize reports from external PR agencies, sharing them with partner teams

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Preferably pursuing higher education in HR, Business Administration, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields • Good written communication, with clarity and conciseness • Ability to synthesize and organize information • Interest in and familiarity with communication, media, and current affairs • Strong writing skills for drafting emails, briefings, and corporate materials • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with frequent use of Word and Excel • Familiarity with internal tools such as SharePoint and Planner
