📋 Description

• Analyze inventory results, identifying patterns, deviations and structural improvement opportunities • Perform critical analyses and root cause investigations, going beyond symptoms to propose effective solutions • Translate operational data into clear, actionable business diagnostics • Lead coordination with pharmacies, regional teams and partner areas to ensure consistent progress of action plans • Develop and enhance controls, reports and analyses with a focus on automation and efficiency gains • Build and monitor performance indicators, ensuring data quality and reliability • Maintain a critical view of current processes, identifying risks and opportunities • Actively contribute to the evolution of inventory operations and loss prevention practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Advanced Excel: strong proficiency in handling databases, pivot tables and complex formulas • Power BI: experience building dashboards and performing data analysis • Strong analytical skills and structured logical reasoning • Hands-on experience with root cause analysis • Ability to translate data into decision-making insights • Autonomy to conduct analyses and prioritize tasks • Good communication skills for interacting with different areas
