📋 Description

• Responsible for the daily monitoring of carrier performance, tracking deliveries, delays, incidents, and SLA compliance. • Drive operational follow-up with logistics partners, ensuring the definition, execution, and monitoring of action plans. • Analyze and track key operational indicators (lead time, OTIF, backlog, and incidents), ensuring visibility, control, and operational guidance. • Lead operational meetings and follow-up routines with logistics partners, maintaining necessary alignments and actions. • Manage incident resolution, including high-severity cases, with autonomy to escalate when necessary. • Support the Coordination team in control routines, continuous improvement, and decision-making based on data and analysis. • Contribute to the organization, quality, and reliability of databases, reports, and operational controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; • Excel at intermediate level or higher; • Knowledge of BI tools. • Preferred qualifications: • Knowledge of logistics KPIs • Experience with TMS systems or order-tracking tools.
