📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to the B2B sales team, translating business questions into data-driven analyses and solutions • Analyze sales, pipeline, customer base, and commercial performance data to generate actionable insights • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, funnel optimization, and improved commercial efficiency • Develop exploratory analyses and studies to support the sales team's strategic decisions • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support commercial management and KPI monitoring • Work hands-on in data extraction, cleaning, and modeling (SQL, scripting, etc.) • Structure and respond to ad hoc business requests quickly and with analytical depth • Work closely with CRM, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between data and commercial strategy • Support the creation of metrics, segmentations, and models that guide the sales team's activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields • Experience as a Data/BI Analyst with close business partnership — B2B experience is a plus • Experience analyzing commercial metrics such as pipeline, conversion, revenue, churn, and sales cycle • Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and generate actionable insights • Experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills • Hybrid profile: business-oriented mindset combined with hands-on technical execution
