📋 Description

• Lead critical analyses of inventory results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities • Conduct in-depth root cause investigations, ensuring consistent diagnoses and effective actions • Develop loss analyses and projections (short-, medium-, and long-term) to support strategic decisions • Build, consolidate, and present metrics (KPIs) in management forums • Work directly with leaders across different areas, influencing decisions and direction • Manage engagements with regional teams and stakeholders, including mediation and conflict resolution • Serve as the team's technical reference, supporting the development of analysts and assistants • Structure and evolve reports, analyses, and operational monitoring models • Identify and implement structural improvements and opportunities for efficiency gains • Promote automation, standardization, and innovation in the use of data and processes • Operate with a systemic view, connecting operational, financial, and strategic impacts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Advanced Excel: handling large datasets, complex formulas, and structuring analyses • Power BI: dashboard development, data modeling, and analysis • Strong analytical skills and structured logical reasoning • Solid experience with root cause analysis • Ability to turn data into strategic recommendations • High autonomy and critical judgment in task execution • Ability to lead discussions and interact with different organizational levels
