📋 Description

• Proven experience with ICMS ST, including calculation, control and reimbursement • Handle complex ICMS ST reimbursement processes • Ensure correct calculation, control and recovery of tax credits • Review and validate reimbursement calculations prepared by the team • Follow claims through to approval (homologation) or compensation with the tax authorities • Perform analysis and monitoring of ICMS ST reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation • Ability to analyze and validate ICMS ST reimbursement calculations • Experience delivering ancillary tax obligations (SPED, CAT42, ADRCST, GIA, among others) • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and technical clarifications • Assess the legal basis for reimbursement requests • Ensure adherence to current legislation (ICMS ST, CAT42, state regulations) • Identify tax risks and propose adjustments or corrections • Work proactively to prevent tax assessments • Serve as a technical reference/expert on reimbursements • Guide mid-level and junior analysts in their analyses • Review team materials, calculations and deliverables • Disseminate legislative updates and best practices within the area

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration • Intermediate Excel skills • Proactive, analytical profile with good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team and organized to meet deadlines
