📋 Description

• Create interaction flows and digital interfaces for different parts of the product, taking user journeys, usage scenarios, and user needs into account • Develop low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototypes, iterating on solutions based on feedback and validation • Support the organization and maintenance of the Design System and component libraries • Conduct and support user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and card sorting • Conduct benchmarking and analyze solutions and interfaces from competing products • Support the analysis of UX and product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement • Turn complex problems into incremental solutions and deliverables, supporting the definition and prioritization of those deliverables • Participate in discovery, refinement, and sprint ceremonies, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers • Contribute to product decisions based on data, research, and user needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Figma, Miro, and prototyping and documentation tools • Knowledge of UI Design, with a focus on intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces • Experience or practical knowledge of user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing • Knowledge of user journey mapping, Jobs to Be Done, and use cases • Ability to turn problems and needs into clear and feasible design solutions • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams • Curious mindset, with an interest in technology, product, and user behavior • Organized and agile, with the ability to manage different demands and contexts • Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic environments with rapid validation cycles
