📋 Description

• You will be part of the PLG team, focused on RD Station product adoption. • Your challenge will be to lead the resolution of frontend technical challenges, delivering reliable, high-performance, and scalable interfaces, components, and user experiences in short cycles. • Develop small- to medium-sized features and adoption experiments in production with quality and no regressions. • Implement appropriate automated test coverage and analytics instrumentation for each delivery. • Ensure performance and accessibility in the interfaces of adoption journeys. • Identify and communicate risks, blockers, and requirement inconsistencies appropriately. • Contribute to process improvements and the team's technical quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a mid-level software engineer focused on frontend, delivering in short cycles and dynamic environments. • Strong experience with React and JavaScript, and solid mastery of HTML and CSS, with attention to performance and accessibility. • Knowledge of integrating and consuming RESTful APIs. • Strong architecture and coding practices (SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, Object-Oriented Programming). • Experience with automated testing (Jest + Testing Library) and using a Design System.
