📋 Description

• Work on the Kraken team within Contact Management, developing end-to-end solutions for RD Station Marketing • Develop and enhance REST APIs with clear contracts, error handling, pagination, and authentication • Build interfaces and user journeys in React, including micro frontends and a design system • Implement jobs and queues for asynchronous processing, with retries, idempotency, and fault isolation • Model business rules, validations, and persistence using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL • Integrate micro frontends, APIs, the monolith, and storage • Investigate and resolve end-to-end issues by identifying root causes • Ensure quality through automated testing, code reviews, and acceptance criteria • Instrument features with logs and metrics for production monitoring • Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to translate business needs into technical solutions • Participate in deployments, incident response, and continuous improvement after release

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Full-Stack Developer, working across both frontend and backend • Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, including APIs, models, services, and production applications • Experience with React and JavaScript, including components, state management, and API consumption • Experience building and consuming REST APIs • Knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and data modeling • Experience with automated testing on the frontend and/or backend • Ability to turn business problems into incremental technical deliverables • Experience with Git, pull requests, and continuous delivery processes • Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams • Autonomy to investigate issues, evaluate technical alternatives, and propose improvements
