📋 Description

• You will act as the primary point of execution and sustainment for RD Station’s tactical Partnerships initiatives (TOTVS business unit), ensuring that strategy is translated into concrete actions and that the partner ecosystem operates smoothly, with compliance and high impact. • Your initial challenge will be to restructure and scale the Affiliate Program and optimize the operational management of Tech Partners, requiring resilience and strong relationship skills to operate in a new and evolving environment. • Restructure and scale RD’s Affiliate Program across the full product portfolio and implement promotion strategies to make it an efficient source of demand. • Ensure operational fluency for the Tech Partners area by tracking deadlines, monitoring negotiation statuses, controlling budgets, and consolidating data from pilots and integrations. • Lead data, documentation, and compliance management by organizing repositories and supporting due diligence and contract processes for active and developing partners. • Serve as the relational connection point between internal teams (stakeholders) and external partners to remove blockers and ensure progress on agreed project actions. • Produce and consolidate monthly progress and results reports for initiatives (Affiliates, Tech Partners, VARs, etc.), maintaining visibility and governance for leadership. • Create and standardize supporting materials and presentations, and manage communications with partners (Partner Communications Management).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external). • Prior experience in partnerships operations, channel management, B2B marketing, or managing complex technology projects. • Proficiency in Project and Process Management, with the ability to organize workflows, ensure follow-ups, and act as an interface between teams. • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and analytical reasoning for consolidating data, preparing reports, and tracking performance indicators. • Organized, proactive, and with an ownership mindset, focused on project execution and driving tangible progress for initiatives.
