📋 Description

• Oversees note taking during meetings/calls and sends prompt recaps to all appropriate parties • Coordinates the resources needed to service project scopes by developing/owning strategic operational plans • Follows and implements each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Works in close partnership with Project Manager to ensure smooth production process • May review timelines created by PM to ensure dates align to client SOP and needs • Collaborates with PM to meet client submission deadlines and expectations • May serve as the day-to-day client contact on select projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications, art, computer graphics or related discipline, or equivalent experience • Degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA accredited graduate program is desirable • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with animated media/motion graphics, web/app, and experiential technology (i.e., VR/AR, etc.) is highly desirable
