• Point of contact for technical warranty cases – handling customer contact by phone and in writing • Evaluate the plausibility of damage reports • Processing and monitoring of automated data imports • Managing external partners • Ensuring transparent cost control • Communication and information exchange with all stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Completed automotive technical training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician or Automotive Technician) • Professional experience in a service-oriented environment (e.g., as a Service Advisor) • Independent and structured work style • High standard for the quality of your work • Enjoy interacting with people and strong communication skills • Excellent Polish language skills, complemented by German
