âą Manage and process incoming claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely resolution âą Communicate directly with customers, providers, and partners to gather necessary documentation and clarify case details âą Assistance in claims review: Working along with our Claims Manager to investigate claims by reviewing documentation, identifying any discrepancies or inconsistencies, and escalating when appropriate âą Maintain detailed and compliant records for audit and regulatory purposes âą Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and underwriting teams to improve claims workflows and automate routine tasks âą Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the external and internal customer needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity âą Monitor statistical data to ensure efficient claims handling is maintained âą Help build and refine our claims playbook, SOPs, and knowledge base from the ground up
âą Proven experience in Claims handling roles/ industry âą Experience in building successful relationships with various stakeholders at all levels âą Strong customer focus and ability to work in a fast paced environment âą Comfortable with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace applications âą Strong knowledge of coverage analysis, claims investigation, and litigation management âą Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive initiative âą Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
