📋 Description

• **What You’ll Do** • **Keep production and shipping on track** • Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, 3PLs, and freight partners to confirm every production, shipping, and delivery schedule. • **Own the run sheet** • Maintain a live tracker with owners, dates, deadlines, and dependencies so the entire team knows what’s happening and when. • **Track every shipment** • Monitor PODs, RMAs, exceptions, issues, and delays—and escalate anything that needs attention right away. • **Book freight when needed** • Choose the right shipping or freight options based on timing and operational needs. • **Handle e-commerce back-end tasks** • Make basic updates inside Amazon and Walmart Seller portals to support listings and marketplace operations. • **Communicate clearly and professionally** • Keep vendors, partners, and internal teams aligned through prompt, direct communication. • **Support finance documentation** • Organize receipts, invoices, shipping documents, and confirmations so finance always has what they need. • **Improve how things are done** • Create and update SOPs to make processes simpler, faster, and cleaner.

🎯 Requirements

• **What You Bring** • - Experience in CPG operations, logistics, supply chain, or vendor coordination (preferred) • - Strong English communication—clear, straight to the point, and confident • - Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace; familiarity with project tools like Asana • - Ability to manage many tasks at once without losing accuracy • - Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms (especially e-commerce tools) • - Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently • - Bonus: EDI knowledge, Amazon/Walmart Seller experience, or 3PL exposure
