📋 Description

• Own the entire growth marketing function across acquisition, lifecycle, funnel design, experimentation, and analytics • Design customer acquisition, activation, conversion, expansion, and retention across the full journey • Generate, run, and stop growth experiments across channels, messaging, activation, and retention • Operate and expand LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads, paid search, and programmatic referral channels • Open new acquisition channels when justified by data • Manage approximately €200k in paid spend in 2026 and own qualified-lead quality, CAC contribution, payback, and spend-stopping decisions • Define measurement frameworks and build attribution, funnel analytics, behavioral-signal tracking, and reporting across paid platforms, website, and CRM • Own targeted outreach through ICP segmentation, tiering, trigger-based programs, and outbound sequences • Own marketing automation with Customer.io and funnel reporting in Attio, including output quality, review loops, and automation costs • Collaborate with product on onboarding, activation, conversion, and the self-serve journey rework • Report to the VP Marketing & Communications as part of a two-person marketing team • Develop and continuously rewrite growth playbooks for pre-PMF Advisory, Brokerage, and self-serve Funding motions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in (growth) marketing; candidates with less experience but relevant experience and drive are encouraged to apply • B2B startup background, ideally early-stage • Experience with low-volume funnels and judgment-driven testing • Built or meaningfully extended at least one acquisition channel • Hands-on experience with paid channels such as LinkedIn Ads and paid search • Analytical expertise in funnels, attribution, cohorts, and self-built reporting • Growth-hacking instinct and comfort making decisions with thin, noisy data • AI-native working approach, including independent troubleshooting and critical evaluation of AI output • Self-starter with a high tolerance for ambiguity • Fluent German and English, written and spoken • Reside in Germany • Valid work permit for Germany • Willingness to work with Customer.io and Attio marketing/CRM systems
