Reap is a fintech company providing borderless, stablecoin-enabled financial infrastructure for businesses. It offers business accounts (Reap Direct), Visa corporate cards with fiat and stablecoin repayment, cross-border payments powered by stablecoins, expense management for multi-currency treasuries, and embedded finance APIs including card issuing and payment APIs to automate global fiat payouts and enable stablecoin-native finance.

📋 Description

• Own Payments end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through delivery, iteration, and operational follow-through • Set product direction, prioritize initiatives, and maintain a focused roadmap • Work with engineering and design to simplify onboarding, KYB/KYC, payee setup, approval chains, and multi-currency settlement • Partner with embedded finance on core payment infrastructure, influencing its roadmap and ensuring seamless flows across entities, currencies, and geographies • Work with legal, compliance, risk, and banking partners to maintain regulatory compliance and reliability • Define and track adoption, retention, payment volume, and payment-speed metrics • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams • Launch and scale the Business Account Payments product for global business customers

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of product management experience • At least 5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms • Experience carrying products end-to-end rather than managing a single feature • Proven track record launching and scaling complex payment products, including cross-border, B2B, treasury, payment rails, or funding products • Direct experience with stablecoins, blockchain payment rails, or digital asset infrastructure; required • Strong understanding of multi-currency and multi-entity payment operations • Technical fluency and ability to communicate credibly with payments and engineering teams • Track record of simplifying complex financial workflows while maintaining rigor • Analytical and strategic mindset • Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills • Familiarity with card-to-bank payments, invoice financing, or FX settlement is nice to have • Experience in early-stage startups or scaling organizations across multiple geographies is nice to have • Knowledge of regional payment ecosystems, particularly APAC or LatAm, is nice to have
