📋 Description

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and online channels • Screen CVs against job requirements • Shortlist suitable candidates • Maintain candidate records and updates in the recruitment system • Conduct initial candidate outreach via calls, WhatsApp, and email • Explain job roles, salary ranges, location, and hiring process • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups • Maintain professional and ethical communication • Update candidate status accurately • Share daily activity updates • Support interview scheduling and documentation • Follow internal SOPs, timelines, and confidentiality standards • Complete remote training and live recruitment assignments under supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Fresh graduates or final-year university students • Comfortable working remotely from home • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Willing to learn recruitment as a profession • Self-disciplined and accountable • Training includes recruitment fundamentals and lifecycle, job description analysis, candidate sourcing and screening techniques, professional recruiter communication, ethical hiring and UAE recruitment basics, and ATS/CRM usage and reporting
