📋 Description
• Conduct in-home consultations and present remodeling designs • Build trust and relationships with customers • Use design and presentation software (training provided) • Follow Re-Bath’s proven sales process and company standards • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum two years of in-home sales experience • Goal-driven with a strong work ethic • Comfortable meeting clients in their homes • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools • Reliable vehicle and clean driving record • Able to pass a background check and drug screening
🏖️ Benefits
• Base salary of $48,000 • Uncapped commission + tiered bonuses • Fuel reimbursement • Health, dental, and disability insurance (company contributes) • 401(k) plan
