📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to companies in English; • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team; • Perform follow-ups according to established processes; • Log all interactions in the CRM and keep information up to date; • Meet targets for contacts, qualification and scheduling; • Prepare daily operation records and reports; • Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English (speaking and writing); • Strong communication skills, clear diction and ease building relationships; • Preferable experience in call centers, customer service or sales; • Experience in marketing or commercial operations is a plus; • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools; • Organized, disciplined and able to follow processes; • Resilient, target-oriented profile and comfortable with a calling routine
