📋 Description

• Conduct strategic meetings with leads qualified by the Pre-Sales team • Perform consultative diagnostics to understand the client's business stage and challenges • Identify growth opportunities and present strategic solutions • Build and present high-value, customized proposals • Lead negotiations and handle objections through to the client's decision • Close contracts and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets • Manage the opportunity pipeline in the CRM, ensuring organization and predictability • Monitor commercial performance indicators, such as close rate and average deal size • Ensure an efficient handoff to the onboarding team after closing • Collaborate with marketing, data, and operations teams to refine the commercial strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Prospecting and sales strategy • Active listening and needs diagnosis • Negotiation and persuasion • Presentation of commercial proposals • Account management • Pipeline organization and CRM usage • Time management and results orientation • Interest in technology, data, and artificial intelligence • Basic Spanish is a plus but not required
