📋 Description

• Lead the paid media team and serve as the technical and strategic point of reference. • Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns targeted at the legal market. • Set up processes, reports and routines to monitor results. • Ensure the efficiency of lead acquisition funnels and CRM automations. • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to maintain high performance. • Monitor data, propose improvements and anticipate bottlenecks with an analytical mindset and a focus on real performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in paid media (paid traffic), preferably at an agency. • Experience with legal marketing is a strong advantage. • Advanced knowledge of Meta Business, Google Ads, Power BI, ClickUp and Miro. • Strong team leadership skills and experience managing routines and processes. • Analytical, communicative and proactive. • Alignment with values such as ethics, integrity and a growth mindset.
