• Minimum of 3 years' experience selling health insurance plans at brokerages • Bachelor's degree completed • Proficiency in sales techniques (SPIN Selling, lead qualification, negotiation) • Experience with cold calling and inside sales • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Kommo), WhatsApp, and PABX • Clear, persuasive, and professional communication skills
