📋 Description

• Create to convert: develop assets for social media, ads, digital campaigns, presentations and support materials with a focus on impact and measurable results. • Turn concepts into visuals: support the creation and maintenance of visual identities and consistent graphic systems. • Work in a squad: collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters and performance teams, actively participating in briefings, discussions and checkpoints. • Research, reference and test: support the senior team with visual repertoire, references and creative ideation. • Ensure visual coherence: safeguard consistency, attention to detail and alignment with each client’s brand positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). • Proficiency in Figma for building components, Auto Layout and organizing visual files. • Ability to produce assets with a clear conversion objective (scroll-stoppers, clicks, leads, actions). • Versatility to work with faster tools when needed (Canva, Google Slides). • Plus: experience or interest in Jitter and basic motion design.
