📋 Description

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable routines; • Perform bank reconciliations and financial verifications; • Issue invoices and oversee processes related to financial documentation; • Assist with cash flow monitoring and control; • Prepare and update periodic financial reports; • Support the organization of financial information in ERP systems; • Perform basic checks and analyses of financial data; • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes; • Ensure organization, accuracy, and timely completion of financial tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying for or holding a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; • Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in administrative or financial activities; • Intermediate knowledge of Excel; • Familiarity with basic financial routines; • Knowledge of applied financial mathematics for day-to-day tasks; • Comfortable using financial ERP systems and Internet Banking; • Good written and verbal communication in Portuguese.
